Complaint Review: James F. Johnston - Huntington New York

I don't need professional help I am fine until write nasty comments to me.  I don't need any mental help,  all I ask Is people leave me alone & let me live my life.  But they refuse to do that.  They rather post nasty insulting comments.

In each report I post these people don't want me to receive justice.  People think they can treat me anyway they feel like.  But they can't I am a human being just like them.  I don't lose any sleep or stop living because of what people say on here.

Because they are scum I get along with people just fine,  until they try to piss me off or get me introuble. 

People want to make me out anything they can think off,  to try to keep me quiet.  I will not let them "RUIN" my life or stop me from filing a complaint when I have been "WRONGED".

People can "HATE" me all they feel like I will not stop "LIVING".

What Is wrong with me?! you have some nerve,  I don't have a problem.   I just refuse to let people "LIE" about me treat me like "SH" then they say I need mental help or belong In the nut house.

I have b*een treated wrong,  unfairly,  taken advantage off then when I don't put up with It any longer.  I get told I need "Professional Help".   People say I am some kind of "Crazy" person I,  just want to be "LEFT" alone.

I would like to make complaints when a business has done me wrong,  or anyone else has done me wrong.   But I get "HARASSED" "LIED" about & told I need professional mental help.

All I want Is to be treated fairly I don't bother anyone & I have to pu up with "*Holes" like you.

Charles... WTF is wrong with you. You need to seek professional help.

April 19, 2010. Jimmy (a*****e)Johnston has been released from the Buffalo Correctional Facility after completing an 18 month sentence for assaulting his girlfriend, assaulting his ex-landlords with a vehicle-supplied to him by a family member, driving without a license, fleeing the scene of an accident, failure to pay child support, and numerous DWI violations.

August 20, 2010. a*****e Johnston is back in prison for a parole violation. What a d***! Someone should use this B***  N*****  for target practice. He would probably f***  that up as well. Rot in jail Mr. Johnston.  

I am not going to stop living life or give up life.  Just what you or others say.  So feel free to post all the negative comments you wish.  And this goes for others to.  I am not afraid to expose or report when I have been wronged.

But companies try to slience people.  Buy threatening to file lawsuits to keep quiet.  Well I am not afraid to come out.  And people can accuse me of lying or say they don't believe me all they feel like.

Well tell that to jules who left the hateful comments about me.  I can't even make comments without.  Or why would they have an opinion,  @ all.  Only to try to upset me. 

But It doesn't work but people will never give up.  They will try eveyrthing to get to me.

Sorry to hear about the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the termination of your mother at Parkwood. What does this have to do with landlords & tenants? Take out your fustration on Parkwood, not on other peoples posts. Make them pay for what they have done to you. Revenge is sweet, and should be served cold.

It sucks to be f**ked over by someone, especially someone who has gained your trust. You only live once, f**k them back.    

This Is to everybody who has post things agaisnt me In this report.   People harass me & slander me.  First let me point this out.  My mother was injured on her last job @ parkwood In Phenix City Al.  Because they had cleaned the floors & my moter had a (SLIP & FALL ACCIDENT).

Because the floors were (SLIPPERY).  Parkwood did not want to pay any workers compensation money,  all though they admitted It was there fault.  To the workers compensation people.

The accident happend on (11/27/2007).   On (02/08/2008) my mother received a complaint from the board of nursing.  The alligations where she put medicine on a patients food trey.

The board gave the dates on when this supposedly happend.  If my mother was such a danger to the patients.  I have to say this out loud because,  people have a hardtime understanding It.  (WHY DID THEY LET MY MOTHER CONTINUE TO GIVE MEDICATION & WORK IF SHE WAS SUCH A DANGER).

Why didn't they fire her that day.  Parkwood told the unemployment office,  this goes for automatic termination.  But they did not fire her on that day.

All people want to do Is harass me.  Tell me I am a scammer,  I scam nobody I am the ONE who gets SCAMMED.  But they have the balls,  to tell me this stuff.  The truth will come out.

How the employers & employees @ parkwood lied.  And how my mothers license got wrongfully suspended.

My mother would not do something so dumb.  To ruin her lively hood.  I know they LIED!.

 I wouldn't believe anything this person has said. Landlords are habitual liars and cheats who will say anything to get what they want. I'm sure Mr. Johnston is a fine individual and it is sad that his name has to be defamed by a crooked landlord.

Don't worry about Charles.  He's nothing but a scammer himself, he and his useless mother have been scamming landlords, job sites, government officials and other third parties to get out of doing anything that normal Americans get from hard work.  Chuckles and his psychopathic mother have complaints against Claude Raptis, Progressive, Schneider Trucking, Parkwood Center, the EEOC, George Bush, the drivers of Columbus and Phenix City, and a host of other individuals.  All of them made from the point of view of a lazy, disturbed son who poses as his mommy and lives off of the taxpayers because he can't have a job because he doesn't know how to handle "stress".  Chuckles is worse than your previous tenant...  Chuckles and his mom, Kathy are squatters who refuse to pay their rent, buy their clothes on QVC and refuse to pay, crash their car into other people and then refuse to pay, max out their credit cards and refuse to pay...you get the picture.  Chuckles has a habit of going around and crapping in other peoples' reports, just so that when other people respond, he can get emails letting him know someone responded.  That's the only way he gets emails because he certainly has no friends.  He himself has been in trouble with the law, and ended up hiding in a tree when the police came for him.  His mother has lost every job she has ever had, Chuckles likes to claim that she has a nursing license, but that it was suspended for her failure to properly document patient medications and leaving the meds on the patients' food tray.  They are useless wastes of space and are severly deluded into thinking that the world owes them everything and that they do not have to work to get it.  Just thank your lucky stars that Phenix City, AL is too far away from NY for you to have to deal with him and his ilk. 

You must be one of those dirtbag tenants that doesn't pay his rent. If you paid your rent on time and wasn't an a*****e, you wouldn't have any problems with the landlord.

Whe a tenant steals and embezzels from me, harrasses my tenants, attacks me with an automobile, I have earned the right to say what ever I f**king want to!

I don't believe any,  complaints made from landlords.   Landlords are out,  to ruin as many people they can.  Also they over charge rent,  from people who has good incomes.   That Is (STEALING).

After a bad experince,  with a landlord 8 years ago.  I don't trust,  them.  Landlords abuse you,  because they think.   They have the power,  & money to (RUIN) you.   Landlords,  take advantage of people.  Who have to rent.

And landlord  wives,  are all (COCKY.  Thinking they can treat,   you anyway they feel like.

I don't believe 1 single,  complaint.  Because all landlords,  are crooked.   I don't (TRUST) any of them,  after the last bad experince.

This dirtbag was arrested October of 2008 for attacking his ex-landlord with a motorvehicle and leaving the scene, beating up his girlfriend and vandalizing her car, multiple DWI violations, and the failure to pay child support. James F. Johnston: age 48, 6' tall, brown curly hair & mustache will be released from prison in Spring of 2010. He will be searching for a maintenance job, most likely in the Huntington, New York location. He travels with another wonderful individual of the same caliber, named Eugene Tonissen, also of Huntington, New York.

DO NOT hire these individuals. They are dishonest, non insured, and not licensed workmen.

Mr. Johnston was incarcerated for 3 years for DWI charges, driving with a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident, agravated harrasment, and other various charges. This incident will not get back our $40,000 which was stolen by Mr. Johnston, although, the world is now a safer place.

Huntington Village, NY. Sunday, October 19, 2008 James F. Johnston attcked my wife and I with an automobile as the result of the eviction of this individual from one of our rented apartments. He rammed our vehicle three times with a mini-van, loaned to him by his sister. My wife and I were not hospitalized, although, are seeking constant medical attention for shoulder, neck, and back pain. Two hours after our accident, Mr. Johnston broke into an ex-girlfriends apartment and slashed her car tires. He was arrested at her apartment for: fleeing the scene of an accident, aggravated DWI, driving with a suspended license, and other numerous counts. This "tenant from hell" is now spending his time in the Suffolk County Riverhead Jail, awaiting sentencing.
