The Attorneys at James Hoyer have started a negative campaign against a reputable college, Westwood College, using deceptive online marketing strategies, similar to how they have done in the past with other class action lawsuits.
The negative garbage produced from this initiative is ripping off students and alumni who graduated from the school and paid tens of thousands of dollars. The harm in the reputation alone could put 47,000 graduates at a major financial loss, and all because they are trying to make some big bucks by sucking in a few students who did not have the financial means to afford the tuition and payments, or did not read their loan paperwork.
Several students could not transfer their credits to a few select universities. However, if it was the student's intention to transfer, it was also their responsibility to ask the university if transfer was an option PRIOR to enrolling at Westwood.
They should spend more time in the law library and less time doing internet marketing that could hurt the nearly 47k graduates of Westwood College.
Written by an alumni NOT affiliated with the college in any way. Just feeling ripped off thanks to all the negative content James Hoyer is saturating the internet with.
