professional and thorough review.__X_ On second review, contradicted their 1st opinion by now claiming “we reserve the right to not offer an opinion” thus failing to honor the contract again and
offering up a useless credit voucher to pay for nonexistent future submissions

On November 30 2013, I signed a contract to have my baseball signatures authenticated by James Spence Associates. This organization is located
at 2 Sylvan Way Suite 102 , Parsippany, New Jersey 07054-3809 Tel 973-898-1300
They have seriously and fraudulently violated the contract( 95586) by failing to act in a professional and competent manner:
1. They stated that they would give me their decision in two hours.and failed.They provided only partial answers
I’ve yet to get a complete answer to all the signatures I submitted despite numerous unresponsive phone calls
2. They violated the contract by reporting false information on the dimensions of Babe Ruth’s signature which they rejected. They
claimed the signature was 5 7/8” wide instead of 4 7/8” which accounts for all the reasons given for rejection( ie:irregular spacing,
irregular letter shape etc). The letter of rejection even has the wrong submission date as evidence of their incompetence and lack of credibility
The answers they stated are , of course, all pre canned reasons for rejection which gives question as to their thoroughness and attention paid during their
review..
3 On their second review conducted in February 2014, they unprofessionally coped out and offered no opinion.
4. They were completely derelict and have never responded to a submission of Carl Hubbell's’ signature despite 2 letters and numerous
phone calls. Complete disregard to the contact services they promised which is fraud
5 I have never even gotten the courtesy of any kind of an answer to two letters I submitted and which I confirmed were received by their office.
6 James Spence has failed to respond to my request to return my phone calls. This agency has no certificates; such as a NJ State
license to practice, no cited professional society memberships, etc.
7. I sent the signature of Babe Ruth bt e-mail to another authenticator ang it was approved in three hours with a note saying”
“Thank you for your order. A way above average Ruth item. Cert will go out tomorrow..Best,Frank Garo “
As you know, the JSA enterprise has been investigated by the FBI for fraudulent activities in conducting their business, There are numerous
complaints registered against them by customers on the Internet who claim they have received fraudulent service. Refer to:

I am hereby requesting that based on the authority invested in you by the State of New Jersey, that you launch a thorough investigation into the fraudulent manner in which they have violated the attached copy of contract # 95586 and to render a judgment for me in the amount of $$325 and any further penalty that you adjudge should be paid for contradicting opinions,harassment, laboriously long decision times, false and misleading statements which resulted in detaining me from using the time in more productive manner and incurring false pretensions.

___$200 Failure to authenticate Babe Ruth’s actual signature especially after rendering conflicting judgments.
-----$40 Failure to ever respond to Carl Hubbell’s signature_ Complete failure to provide services – Absolutely no response
_----$45 Failure_to render a decision on Gil Hodges’ signature Paid for decision . Never received a decision yet was never given a credit
$40 Failure to authenticate Leo Durocher’s actual signature_on post card date stamped by

_7. ATTACHMENTS: :
___A). A copy of the 2 contradictory opinions which have incorrect submission dates : March 4 2014 which really was November 30,2013 and the other dated February 24th which was actually submitted on Jan 25,2014 _
B) Copies of 2 letters never answered dated December 2, 2013 and a second letter mailed December 30 2013
C) Copies of the non decision on Gil Hodges and the erroneous rejection of Leo Durocher
___D) A copy of the original contract of #95586 dated 11/30/2013 which proves the submission of Carl Hubbell’s signature which has fraudulently been ignored.
