James T Strychalski DDS ..blackmail for past-due balance
I went to my regular denist and he sent me to an oral surgeon that I have used all my life. I made an appointment with severe pain in my tooth. First they told me I could not have an appointment until a month later. Then the lady called me up and said your husband has a past due balance and if he does not pay you cannot have services. I told her that I would be paying in full for my services with a credit card.
She said that did not matter because we are married. It is almost like she is blackmailing me because she knows the severe pain I am in, and that he is my regular oral surgeon and most people go to who they trust.
I just can't see what my health services have to do with anyonelses. Needless to say it was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. Which surprised me because the surgeon is always very nice! The receptionist was the rude one!!
