Charles, I can relate, and I can offer you a few words of advice. I too purchased from Janiece Smith. I also ordered her very expensive home study course.. Janiece Smith's Ebay home study course that I paid for came very late (Her shipping was almost a month late, but when I complained, she claimed that she would refund my shipping fees to compensate for its delay. (She Never did!) But when the course finally did arrive, it was definately not worth the money, and the stuff she did send me fell utterly short of my expectations. I also emailed her and called her many many times for business advice that she supposedly offered her "home study course students." But, I never got any replies to my questions, nor did she Ever answer her phone. The weeks went by and I continuously called and emailed her with no answers. I therefore began to email her and leave phone messages demanding she honor her "iron-clad, immediate 100% money back guarantee" and refund my money. Still no answer. I contacted paypal and filed a dispute but they said they could not do anything about it because 45 days had passed since the transaction was made. (Coincidence that Janiece Smith took almost 30 days to send the study course to me in the first place?) My advice to you Charles, is to contact paypal immediately. Even if the time frame has expired since the transaction took place, it is still a good idea to file the complaint. Paypal told me when i filed a complaint with her that they will re-open old disputes if a company or person recieves enough complaints, and they may re-investigate the case, and get the money refunded. Best of Luck!
