Jay Fellers of Class A Builders has listed a rebuttal in which he contends that he never wrongfully took any money from any jobs. Liar! I have communicated with numerous homeowners who are victims of Class A Builders. Jay has admitted to stealing money. Jay has admitted to telling earlier homeowners that he would take money from later projects to complete their work -- then not completing the work for either project, just taking the money. Jay has lied about showing up, lied about the cost of sub contractors, and lied about his use of money. Jay and John Emrico have both walked out on jobs. Why has Jay and Class A have been cut off by numerous subcontractors and suppliers. Because though they have taken the money from homeowners, they don't fully pay the subs and suppliers. So, trust these guys and you may end up in debt for a project never completed and with the potential of liens from unpaid subs and suppliers.

After finally hearing from Jay I have considered the possibility that I may not have been a direct victim of him. I may just be a victim of the circumstances.

I am one of the sub-contractors that Jay has cheated. He has not paid me one dime for work that I did. I have found out that I am in a very long line of victims.

My name is Jay Fellers, owner of Class A Builders. I have read this negative comment written by an unknown individual. I have had several projects over the last year. Please feel free to do your research on the permits I have pulled and you will find I have had several jobs fall apart. I have never taken money and not used it towards the project the money was used for.
I had a salesman named Richard Craig Tadlock in charge of my sales and contractual negotiations. The projects he sold were grossly underbid and I was unable to complete the projects. Ultimately these problems are my responsibility but please do your due diligence if you come in contact with Mr. Tadlock or the company he may be working for. Also, John Emrico is a good man and was a manager I employed to help run these jobs. He is in no way responsible for any of this.
