In October 2002 I ordered the ClearVue Super Booster Indoor Mini-Dish TV/FM Antenna from J. D. Marvel Products. As of this date January 8, 2003 I have not received.
In November I e-mailed them asking where it was, they responded with, back order. I tried to e-mail them yesterday and the no longer have an email address.
How do we get the item or our money refunded.
Companies that advertise and not honor should be penalized.
