J.D. Marvel Products MAJOR RIPOFF Champlain !
On January 13, 2003, I ordered the ClearVue Mini Dish Signal Booster for my Father from J. D. Marvel Products on line. I was given receipt number and a bank authorization number of my Visa charge. It is now March 11 and no product. I have called them almost on a weekly basis and they give me the same bull**** every time I call!!
I was told that the product was never entered in the system and they will do it right that secound but would have to wait 6 more weeks from that date, this is a weekly lie they give me! I have found a website for them but you can't directly address them to there. Then I did a search and found your website and here I am, complaining like everyone else. I've been ripped off!!
