JD Marvel is a deceptive rip-off company. Champlain, New York
Ordered bras Feb./02, check cashed two weeks later. Five weeks later, no merchandise. Had hard time locating phone #, (1 only)from website, assumed toll-free (most business' are).
Called, on hold forever, finally told bras on backorder(never notified by mail).Waited until end of May, called twice, finally told they were sent and I got them. Here is kicker!! Phone was NOT toll free and I ended up w/$25. calls to Canada...mailing address in Champlain,NY!
I want my money back for calls, but can't find anyone in charge to speak to. Feel company misleading and ripoff because they cash and keep money for long period of time before sending out products, and do not provide toll free # or proper address for dissatisfied customers.
