Jeannie is the biggest scam artist. I paid for her $700 tradeline for a primary auto line. The line never posted. I ask for a refund and she kept telling me to give it more time.
After about 2 times of doing this I ask for my money back. She told me that she would refund my money thru her processor. I only recieved $200 back on my card.
For about an addition 3 weeks she kept telling me that the money was coming or other BS. Finally, I got tired of going back and forth with her. I came to the conclusion that I was not getting my $500 back.
So I told her that I would use another line of services for the money the owed me. (Credit Sweep).....I send her the people and once again I have to pay chase just to get a answer. She sends out these BS emails asking for more time and that she is working....but nothing ever gets done.
DO NOT USE HER FOR s**t.......I have emails to prove everything that I have said here.

I did say to give it more time YES -- I DID say that -- Because the provider told me to tell everyone that.. I use 3rd parties. I go by what they say... NOT what I say - And tradelines can take sometimes 30 business days to post.. Depending on what it is going on... I have no control over the lines at all.. I try and be as upfront as possible with all my clients. I do not run and hide and NOT answer.. Ive had the same email for 7 years plus !
I will always, always make sure everyone is taken care that is not satisifed NO MATTER WHAT -- If you would email me immediately, I will make sure this issue is resolved.
