I made the mistake of contacting and obviously paying for credit repair back in December 2017 that was supposed to be completed by Jeannie Kerns. Her website cpnandcreditrepair.com came accross to me as legit and even more than that when contacting her in the beginning she was very welcoming and responsive. Even when a few days would go by and I'd receive no response I wasn't concerned because she would come back with a reason or excuse as to why she was late responding. Fast forward now to today March 19, 2018 there's no evidence I've had anything completed on my behalf for credit repair and not only that, I was told with the $175 it would be treated as a package deal and my mom's credit would be repaired as well. Obviously, it is clear that this was a package scam. Finding all these other reports made about her and her so called company sound consistent and I wish I had did more research. Do yourself a favor and stay clear away from Jeannie Kerns (if that's her real name) and any so called companies she's associating herself with. You'll save yourself time, money, and headaches. The way she was conducting business at first made me really hesitant to call it a scam which I'm sure that's how the best scammers work but there is absolutely no reason why anyone who is selling a service can't get back to their good paying customers within a few months timeframe that's utterly ridiculous and then she has the nerve to be offering new package deals on her site. Let me get this straight, you're currently overbooked and bogged down with orders that's the reason for the late/no response but you're running a new sale for potentially more customers/victims so you'll then be even more behind and bogged down? I guess the SCAM must go on... please don't be a VICTIM!

 I've been constantly contacting you & still haven't gotten a response or any results hence the reason for the report. A customer shouldn't have to chase down the alleged provider of services when there's an issue the customer is not aware of. When you feel you're free enough to contact me back please do so & I'll be patiently waiting as really I have no other choice. You are correct when you say being bogged down doesn't make you a scammer but it raises the possibility & the potential reality that the customer has been scammed when they've had no correspondence or contact with you for months & nothing has been delivered but you have been paid for services that haven't been rendered. If possible, try to put yourself in other people's shoes & look at your business from other perspectives & I assure you there's no way you'd feel comfortable & in no way uneasy if you paid for something, didn't receive it, and then received no explanation or response from the seller for an extended period of time.

Bogged down is not a reason to call someone a scam ! Period

When I am delayed I let everyone know it - I put out a newsletter or tell the clients I am so called "Bogged" down - That does NOT make anyone a scam - It just makes us human, and it is unfair of you to call me that -when that is not the truth at all - That is the complaint that is seen the most - DELAYED -- It happens, at least I am honest about it and let people know that I am - Instead of lying to them.. 

Contact me so I can get this taken care of - When I make a mistake or mess up I am the first to admit it.
