I don't like having to file this report.  I have given her all opportunities to finish what she started and she still hasn't finished.  We started with her in January.  In addition to myself and my husband, I brought my parents into this.  I will say that the only person that she has somewhat finished is my mother.  My husbands score is 30 points lower than what he started with.  My score on 1 bureau has gone up a little.  My father's score hasn't changed much at all.  I have proof of all of our scores.  I have brought her about 4-5 clients to date.  I will say that she gaveme those files for free.  I know that is because she feels bad or trying to make up for our files taking almost 7 months.  In my eyes that doesn't make it better.  She is giving me all of these files, but our credit isn't getting any better.  In my eyes, I should get unlimited files for life because this is ridiculous.  It is ridiculous that she causes complaints that are filed to be closed because she doesn't respond.  Granted, she is given all of the login information to get into the account to file the dispute, but she hasn't done so.  Or, when I ask her about a certain young lady's file, she doesn't understand why she hasn't received letters from the credit bureau, or why inquiries haven't been removed.  Easy, it is because she hasn't submitted the disputes to begin with and she thinks that people are so dumb when they have access to their own reports, knowing that she hasn't submitted anything. Or when I see that she hasn't submitted a dispute since 5/15 on a clients report, and then says that she cannot access the report, when the account information hasn't changed.  It is so much.  I can write a book.  Lets talk about how she says that she is hiring help.  You don't want to be apart of the problem, but the solution, when you are giving her the benefit of the doubt still, so you offer to help multiple times.  She never replies back to you regarding it.  Or one of her kids is always sick, or she is sick, her husband is sick, she is in school, or she is at an appointment. It is always something.

I am over giving her the benefit of the doubt.  It isn't fun putting your potential fate in someone elses hand.  It isn't fun getting the excuses.  It isn't fun when you have been working with her since the end of January and it is now early August.  It is always something. All we want is what we paid for.  I should be paid for doing her job. I went into our accounts and responded back to the CFPB.  Something she should have did.  Now I am having to reopen a complaint or start a new one on my husband's behalf because she allowed it to close.  I am over it.  I have called her 4 times this week and she hasn't once returned my calls but she will send an email quickly.  I have given her every opportunity.  I have multiple emails proving every single word that I have said.

This is fraudulent behavior.  It isn't right.  You are supposed to finish what you started and be able to give a detailed plan on what you plan on doing and how it is going to be fixed.  Not give excuses.  Don't waste your time threatening her, begging, or pleading with her.  I say that we all need to file complaints and find out if criminal action can be taken, because apparently we are not the only victims.  Sincerely, FedUP!

JEANNIE IS NOT A SCAM AT ALL you people who complain are pathetic

She helped me when I had a bad situation and not one time did she not answer me or turn me away when i did not have the full amount of money to pay her. she would even email me to make sure that i was okay that day. i have worked in this type of business for nearly 14 years now and i have never come across anyone that actually cares how someone is and does not care about the money that is spent and her prices prove that. her site is filled with information that most people in the business sell or just refuse to tell people. she is a gem in this business and all you people who do complain are just envious of how she does run it. 

I have a circle of people that work with her and I am going to have every single one of them counteract each of these untrue reports. if you read most of them they are all so petty and selfish posts. She did not have time for me she was taking care of her sick children, she did not do this for me immediately, selfish people who think they are her only customer and deserve to be in the front of the line. 

Jeannie you are a compassionate, wonderful gem. never change because of ignorance in people.
