Jenny Tai dysilyn Sells counterfiet ,illegal, pokemon games Rosemead, California
She is an eBay vendor, name is either Jenny Tai or Jenny Yu, her eBay username is dysliyn.
I was having a bout of nostalgia and decided to order a copy of Pokemon Emerald for the gameboy advance.
Instead, I received a nonfunctional counterfeit copy of the game. At first, I demanded an immediate refund because I was uncomfortable with shipping an illegal, pirated game back to her, but she ignored that and told me to send it back.
So I sent it back, and behold! She never picked it up and it got marked as "unclaimed" by the post office and sent back to me. I contacted her again, said she needed to refund my money or I would open a PayPal and eBay dispute, again she ignored me and insisted that I send the game back.
At this point I was furious, so I opened a dispute with PayPal and eBay to get my money back. If she doesn't refund my money within the next week, I already have a police report filled out and I will send it to her town's police department.
I might file the police report anyway, just because she gave me such a hard time, and has clearly been doing this for a while.
Avoid this seller! If you were also a victim, giver her negative eBay feedback. A couple similar negative feedback reports and she will never sell from that account again!
