Jim Toner's Wealth Builders THIS IS A MARKETING SCAM North Huntingdon Pennsylvania
This is a company, first of all, operating under a different name - previously, Real Estate Riches. Mr, Toner was forced to change the name due to decreasing business as a result of numerous reports - all negative. He is currently operating out of 4 locations. Despite all of his marketing, the company is floundering and more than likely will have to change it's name again.
Why? Because he lures people into believing that he and his course will change your life and make you independently wealthy. Hum? Really? Based on research (limited - granted), the only individuals who have gained even minimal success are those on his website. Aside from Mr. Toner himself by taking the money of unsuspecting individuals! And word of this "con" is spreading fast. CHeck the BBB, which he has also been reported to.
I attended one of his $7,500 workshops with a friend (you can actually get a 2 for deal), come as 1 of a 2 for deal, even if you don't have another person (essentially paying 1/2 - period)! he has hired - as one would expect - experienced con-men! Yes, they are trained well to convince you that they are experienced real estate moguls. But they are nothing more than trained at selling his course. Now while they claim to make you independently rich, with the course, book and support after the course, the information provided can all be obtained with a little research on your own. And the support aka network that they promise - you will not see. They (in an effort to take more of your money) offer a bus tour of available properties. PLEASE - this is public information! Check with your county!!
Save your money (although he will gladly take it), do your own research and talk to true professionals (for free) via the internet or in your own communities for sound advice.
Noone should be taken advantage of - or in this case ripped-off as my friend was by this group of seemingly convicing con men!
