J.K. HARRIS & COMP. Case workers always lying, Money taken form our bank over a year ago, OIC closed & mailed back on Christmas Eve ATLANTA Georgia
Three years ago we met with Roger Radcliffe in the exchange suite 100 in atl.ga. Their is where we signed our hard earned money away. A down payment of 1025.00 and payments for the next year or so totaling 4100.00!!!!! Never once were we contacted for the next 6 months ( Roger said it would take at least 6-8 months). I started the phone calls to jk harris, things always seemed like it was moving along. Until months went by, I called again, they told me I was assigned another case worker, and we were so sorry about the delay, this happened three times.
The worst of it is we have always completed, mailed, faxed called when they said to, they have done nothing for us. Our caseworker changed about a month ago when the OIC was put on hold till we paid our 2007 tax, we paid it. To no surprise it was still closed & mailed back on Christmas Eve for that matter, for we did not meet the oic qualifactions. Guess what our case worker said "I don't know why they did that, send me everything you mailed them," even though I asked before do you need this info?, and was told no by Ms. Livingood. On top of that after we paid the engagement agreement We were told that we could of got our monthly agreement reduced but it was to late to do that!!!!!!!!!!
This company deserves what ever the future holds for it. I never would of imagined that Fox News would have such a frauldent company advertised on their so called truth telling news cast.
