Grand Cayman Pools Started pool, took our money, abandoned project for 10 weeks Kingwood Texas
Grand Cayman Pools entered into a contract to construct our swimming pool/spa on May 6, 2005. As of today, August 14, 2005, they have abandonned our project, vacated their office, failed to return numerous phone calls, faxes, and e-mails, have had their phones either changed or disconnected, and according to multiple sources have left Houston without paying a number of suppliers/subcontractors.
We have paid them in accordance with our contract, and speculate that they have over $15,000 of our money that was not payable to others who worked on the pool. We are sickened by the fact of paying our hard earned money to this company without the pool/spa we contracted for being completed as agreed.
we are now faced with the prospect of finding another cpontractor to finish this pool and a higher price.
I am determined to recover my money from John Brotherton who I am certain stole from others as he did to my wife and me. Please contact me if you desire to go after this ripoff artist by joining forces and resources.
I have other complaints related to the quality of the work performed which only adds to the pain and agony he has put us through.
