Beware! If you're thinking about hiring John Cronin's Civilization Builders please review the countless issues he's caused past clients. He is notorious for causing many issues, using inferior building products, not fulfilling (written) agreements, non payment after court orders and taking advantage of elders, in addition, failure to produce past building expenses when requested by clients. As we've worked with many other builders in Tallahasee, Florida, many refuse to work with Mr. Cronin due to his unethical practices and lack of empathy for homeowners. Here is a list of John Cronins missteps and unethical business practices. The issues don't seem stop for this guy. Clean up your act Mr. Cronin.
