Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Approximately 3 weeks ago, I received a call from a Mr Miller claiming that (Quote) "You the 3rd place winner of the Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes and you have won $2.8 million + a brand new Rolls Royce. (End Quote)....I was eventually told that I would have to pay up front $10,000 for taxes before I could get my prizes. I told him that I did not have that kind of money. I was then instructed to send $395. to Mr. Blessed Long in Tyler, Texas. I did so via a cashiers check from my bank made out to this person. Then, I was asked for another $1,000 which I did in cash via a Walmart moneygram to someone named Denese Mirie with the address Jamaica, Jamaica, W.I. (W.I. stood for 'Winners International')...I now am fully aware that this is a scam. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Comission, Publishers Clearing House, and the San Diego Police Department. As I am composing this post, I have exchanged numerous phone calls and text messages from this guy claiming that "you need to trust me as I have your back".... I have substantial documentation, and supporting evidence too numerous to share in this initial report. Note: many phone calls have originated from the 876 area code which is in Jamaica! This is no at a level of harassment, as he is very persistent. Claims I owe another $3,100 in order to have my prize delivered. He claims that he has sent me $5,000 to help me! My bank knows about these scams and will not accept such a check. They will simply close out my accounts!! I need relief and want to catch this guy. So far, I am out $1,345.00 which includes $40 in shipping expenses. What a 'piece of work'!!
