I am sorry for your situation. However, all JRPs are individual franchises. I don't know why there has been a delay with your refund. I suggest you contact the Corporate office - go onto www.johnrobertpowers.net and then send an email or call them directly. Also, just because of your bad experience please don't judge the entire company (since 1923) too harshly. This is a great company with great people! They also have a great record! More top models and talent have come from the JRP system of schools that all other development centers in the world combined! Don't give up on your child's dreams. You can always transfer to another JRP and try again! Break a leg!!
