Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company deserves to lose it's license to practice law. Because they collect debt and do their job? No. It's how they go about it.

I realize that getting into debt is ones own fault, which I will take and only be mad at myself for that. What I am amazed by is their behavior and business practices.

If you are lucky to get a representative on the phone to discuss your debt, they are extremely rude and verbally abusive.

I tried making payment arrangements with them so they wouldn't garnish my wages (as my employer made it clear to employees that they don't want any garnishments and not get them involved, yeah they are assholes) They refused and told me they would only go through my employer. They were extremely rude and verbally abusive. I do understand they want to collect the maximum amount, which is why I would have offered pay stubs showing what I take home to prove the payments I was willing to make was substantially more than they would have collected. (of course I would have blacked out the employer name)

I was calling to arrange almost double what they could take out of my paychecks and they refused and said they would go through my employer. This matter obviously became personal for them and they are proving that their point is 'sticking it to me' They must feel very big right now and sleep very well at night. One more person they have screwed over, they're probably drinking to it right now, smiling.

I don't understand how a company can do business like this. Their job is to collect money, but they refused it from me and instead, gave me pain and hurt.

Yes I know, lesson learned to pay my bills on time and this is entirely my fault, but regardless of past mistakes (this debt is 8 years old) how do you honestly sleep at night treating someone so horribly, especially when they are reaching out to try and do the right thing.

Instead of wishing terrible things for these people, I pray that they find God, peace and love so this does not happen to other people.

I wanted to comment on this complaint as I have been going through the same thing with this company for the last few months here in Idaho.
I am at a slight advantage regarding what they are trying to do as they have been trying to collect on a old debt from my mother who is 80 years old.

I have written them letters(no answers) as I found that having a paper trail helps when dealing with them. Refuse to talk to them on the phone and demand everything in writing. Their response was to sue my mother for an amount that was way over what was owed and served her through me.

To make a long story short, I researched through the State web sites(district courts) and found that each state has a statue of limitations for all debt. Plus since my mother is a senior citizen and only gets ssn her money can not be garnished per federal law by any private company.

Look up your states requirments requiring debt and see about when it expired. Example: Idaho/washington state all say that debt is no longer oweing after 4,6,8 years depending on the debt.
If it is a credit card debt then it is 4 years. if this is the case, even if the debt collector tries to sue/garnish your wages the courts will not do it because of the statue of limitations.
Good luck with this
