JOHNSON MARK LLC Attorney at Law These people are rude when I tried calling, spoke to a Virginia Parks. I tried emailing and texting also with no results.I cannot find a legitmate mailing address to contact these people either. Sandy Utah
This company claims they have taken over my Sears credit card account, sent me a letter, threatening me, and I am trying to resolve this matter but cannot get any help!

I received a letter from Johnson Mark LLC dated September 8, 2016, informing me that they had taken over my Sears credit card account. They claimed in this letter that to resolve this matter, you may pay either the total amount due (not giving any details why this is the total amount due) or call the law firm at 1-877-709-2020 and work out arrangements for payment. if you do neither of these things, our client (no name was given) may be entitled to file a lawsuit against you or take further action (not declaring what this further action would be) for the collection of this debt. If you do dispute it by notifying our firm in writing (but did not give a legitimate mailing address, only a p.o. box to mail a payment) to that effect, we will, as required by law, obtain and mail to you verification of the debt. I have called this given phone number, spoke with a Virginia Parks who claimed she can help me get this matter resolved but she was extremely rude! She would not allow me to explain my situation to her, when I asked her if she cared she said no. I called this company to offer a settlement payment in full but this Virginia Parks did not care to listen or work with me. I sent an email to this company and also sent them a text message but have received no results. I receive as my only income, Social Security. I offered to pay $2000.00 by the end of December 2016. The offer still stands. I tried contacting Sears directly but they said they could not help me because my account is closed with them. i am now trying to write to Johnson Mark LLC. The address listed online for this company shows this place is closed! So the only address I have to mail them my correspondence is the P.O. box they gave me for payment. I guess I will just have to try there. I am on Social Security Disability for good reason, I do not need this stress. I do not need this against my credit either! Please help me. I just want to get Sears paid. Can you help me to pay Sears directly please? Thank you for your time.
