Jomar and associa are culpable of mismanagement of properties and hiding money for the vintage Hoa in az.they lie to owners and false misrepresent a heated pool which is like ice and still charge to heat it.they selectively go after owners who know the truth about their money laundering through the Hoa senile president who is an embezzlers from owners. Rock Duffy also steals money from owners via Jomar and does not file 1099s with the IRS an it is unclaimed income. He now is buying boats and all Hoa board members buy new cars from stealing with the help of Jomar. They hold secret meetings and don't tell owners when they make up new rules . Jomar and associa are complicit and owners pay $232.00 for no services rendered. They are on the take with the senile Hoa president who fixes elections to stay in office for 16 years stealing with the help of Bernese and Jomar .
