Jordan Green Productions & Tin Box Weddings Steals customer's money and does not return a phone call / Email for 2 months Omaha Nebraska
Our manufacturing company contracted with Jordan Green Productions to film a three minute marketing video demonstrating our manufacturing processes. The contract amount was for $3,600 and they have been paid $2,700. For the past two months they have not returned voice mails, text messages, or emails. We have tried getting ahold of both Vivian and Jordan. We have paid them 75% of the contract amount and they have not even shown us our footage that was filmed, let alone any of the graphics, voice over and editing that are included in the contract. They have only completed 10% of the project and have run off with our money. We are letting other potential customers know that this company is not too be trusted. This project started over 6 months ago and they have refused to communicate for two months. Unfortunately we are going to be forced to take them to court to get our $2,700 refunded.
