My sister was paying for a car for over a year. Has paid over $3000 on it already wasn't late on any payments. Only downfall she didn't get a written contact like an idiot. Anyways they just took the car about 15 mins ago. So now we're left without a vehicle and my sister can't get her money back because it was a "rental fee" which it wasn't the agreement. She was told she was buying the car that's why she was making payments. She got written receipts for each payment. I even have a text saying it wasn't a rental fee that she was buying the car, but in the eyes of the law she can't do anything. Do Not Buy or Deal with him or His Family!!!! Fraud/Scam Artist is what they are!!! They refuse to give her money back or half of the money.
