This is Mr. Fry. This is the report I am sending in to Joseph Nicoellti's probation officer. Joseph will claim he has 30 years of good experiece in the music business, but the facts speak otherwise. he has been sued, accused of scams, arrested and jailed, is a two time felon, and leaves a string of victims in his wake. because we suspect he is still pulling scams, we are making his record avialable to the public. because we believe he is still on probation, we think his probation officer will want to read how he systemtaically stole from dozens of people. What excuse does Joseph have when he is accused? He tells the world his victims are unreasonable. He tells people to check his Linked In account, as if having 500 connections constitutes a good reputation.
We are actively looking for anyone in 2013 who is a victim of Nicoeletti.If you are a recent victom, please contact Orange County Probation and tell them you are a victim of a felon . Please see below for more links. We are building a website on Nicoletti as well. Today is June 21 2013 and we had planned in January to make a summer launch of Joeseph nicoletti's scams, in the hopes that there are new victims out there, willing to report him to police and probation.
A copy of this report is going to Linked In , so they understand that their platform is being used by an active criminal. Paul Johnson, another victim, will be making his own report this week.

Probation search turns up unusual weapon
State law mandates that anyone on formal probation is subject to a search of their person, vehicle and home at anytime without notice or a search warrant.
This Wednesday evening at about six o’clock, Laguna Beach police and the OC Probation Dept made a probation search at the South Laguna residence of 63-year-old Joseph Nicoletti on Ocean Vista.
In the course of the search, authorities found a .22LR pen gun along with 150 rounds of .380 ammunition – a larger caliber than the pen gun uses.

My name is Mr Fry. I did not post or sanction this report, nor have I issued any proceedings in a court of law. although I believe it to be accurate in every other repect. My name has been used by Heather Cole without seeking my permision. Heather Cole who is a member of Linkedin, is one of the many people that was scammed by Joseph Nicoletti but I have not been scammed personally. I have no idea why Heather Cole has used my name instead of her own to file this report.
