I was targeted by the scammer using the Joshua alias. He is offering business loans but only really seeking personal info. When you dont respond he begins to get impatient and send tons of messages.

I wanted to post a response. I am the real Joshua Shane Werhane and I am hear to report that my identity was stolen when I fell for an Internet scam and now they are using my identity to possibly scam other victims. I have reported this to the authorities.
The person that scammed me was Frank Collins and he was located in Colorado. Once I realized it was a scam I did an IP trace and found that he was actually located in Nigeria.
I am working with the FBI currently for the past 12 months to get everything cleared up. Please contact me directly if there are any questions but I would really like to make sure it is known that my identity has been stolen
