J's Auto Repair (Owner Juan) WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! LIAR, SHADY Cypress Texas
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! The owner Juan is shady as heck. I took my car to get my "check engine" light fixed. He tells me the Catalytic Converter was the problem and it would cost over $900 to fix but for $375 he could make some adjustments to make the car pass emission (red flag). Because my registration was due and I wanted to save money I told him to go ahead. He said he needed my credit card number over the phone before he started the job. Worst mistake I ever made. Juan who is the owner ended up keeping and tinkering with my car for over a week and and half, put 100 miles on my car and the car runs worse. This guy will blatantly lie to your face, will tell you he will call you but doesn't. He is full of excuses and he ended up not fixing the check engine light after telling me he did. He also wouldn't refund my money. This shop has off the street mechanics that don't know what they are doing. This is evident with the amount of junk cars in front of his shop. Take your car to a ASE certified mechanic not these clowns who live on ripping people off.
