Juno Ripped me off for 2 years
I was sign up for FREE e-mail on Juno and they offered FREE Internet trail. I tried it out and I did not want to pay money for the Internet access so I canceled it. Two years latter I find out they still have been charging me monthly for Internet access. I have paid 19.95 a month for Internet access for the last two years without knowing it. I haven't even used Juno web. I called them to get my money back they wouldn't and now they block my calls. I feel like they owe me over $400$ and an apology
