Justin Husak Unfinished work. Contract signed. Prepaid Folsom Louisiana
DO NOT USE JUSTIN HUSAK. HE HAS BEEN WANTED IN OTHER STATES FOR UNFINISHED WORK. - I thought I could trust him because his father is a good man. I signed a contract w him May 30, 2019 and it is now January 7, 2020, for 3 garage doors and trim work and a Genie for my garage doors.
As of now he has not finished the job and has no intentions of finishing it. - 2 doors were installed and one door is still in my garage and the Genie just sitting there. - Not only that, he rented a home I have and has not paid me rent or the electricity. The electricity is coming out of my bank account.
His father paid his rent last month and I am in the process of evicting him as I write this. He, by my approval, has also charges $850 for tools from Home Depot and owes me $308. - I have never known a louse such as him. I am 68 years old, husband deceased and have had cancer surgery this past June 18th.
His work is excellent but he’s a scammer w a capital S. - I count on this rent to live. It’s part of my income. Not only that, I need to hire another man to finishes my garage. I am devastated. My attorney said I’m a dam fool. Justice is hopefully around the corner.

Justin Husak has agreed to make payments to me monthly in regards to monies he owed to me. The money was regarding a 3 car garage that he didn’t finish at my home. Justin is a good man and a young man. He does excellent work. He does the work of 6 men. I am pleased w everything he has done at my house and since we have gotten things straight I wouldn’t hesitate hiring him again. We remain friends in spite of everything that happened. Please consider him for any job you have in mind. He has ideas and can do anything. If you need to speak to me call and leave a message. I’ll call you back. I have given Justin Husak chance and chance to finish my garage doors, along w installation of a remote Genie PLUS PAY ME my rent as he lives in my beautiful guest home of 1800 sq ft on 7 1/2 acres w a pond. Last month: I took the electricity bill off of $202 bc he did some repairs at the house. I am a very responsible person and pay my own way.
It was the appropriate thing to do. In the beginning I tried to give him a break and charged only $850 for rent. This home by far is NO DUMP. I’m considering moving there as my home is just too big! My real estate man has already told me I can rent the place for $1500 monthly. It can also withstand winds of 150mph! -
Justin has paid me $300 for last month. That’s it. There’s always an excuse! His 9 year old son has an abscessed tooth, he doesn’t have Medicaid, he’s sick w the flu. And yet I see Justin working in downtown Folsom on other jobs. It’s such a joke. Said he can’t work during the week, he has to make money. Can you imagine him telling me this when I paid him in advance!
That was May, 2019! - he came over last weekend and was going to finish the garage doors and the door was used and broken. - SINCE THEN: the last time I heard from him he was picking up the new door up from Home Depot and would be here today, Sunday!
ANYBODY w a smart phone would know it will be storming Sunday and he could have come yesterday, Saturday. No call no show. NOTHING. My attorney is filing felony charges Friday. Also he is filing eviction Wednesday. It’s out of my hands now. I’ve paid good money to hire him. There’s no compromising w my attorney. Really that’s what makes a good attorney. Don’t you think so?
How can a friend (ha) do this to somebody. I was willing to work w him. Anymore repairs I would have taken more off the rent. Now it’s gone into the second month. All he ever says is "I’m so broke oh, I’m so depressed. But doesn’t live up to any responsibility whatsoever. HOGWASH!
I’ve never felt so used by someone I trusted. He did ask me to take the Rip Off Report off at least until the 15th. Hello. Is it the 26th. Thank God I have a great attorney. Of course this report is to WARN OTHERS how low down a person can be.
