Complaint Review: Kathleen Delaney - Indianapolis Indiana

 Kathleen Delaney Indianapolis lawyer makes me want puke Because of her disgusting and egregious behavior. That is our opinion. We feel we were screwed over by Kathleen Delaney and were sickened by her game playing tactics. We feel we were better off drowning ourselves after being represented by Kathleen Delaney. Our opinion is she was a horrible lawyer.

Kathleen Delaney Indianapolis lawyer my opinion devious and underhanded! Kathleen Delaney a partner and lawyer with the firm Delaney & Delaney acted in such a devious manner, it is quite sickening. This is our opinion after dealing with this firm, hence this post.  Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis was retained and paid in full but this firm decided that they wanted to abandon the case without even giving a reason.

Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis Lawyer Kathleen Delaney left us exposed and feeling legally violated because she forced an early settlement. We find it quite amazing that a lawyer and a firm that boasts about their professionalism we be so egregious. When I think about it, I not only feel legally violated but I also feel violated in general. 

Kathleen Delaney of Delaney & Delaney decided that she no longer wanted to be involved in our case. Here is the bizarre part of it, she was not owed a dime. I am told that this action may violate federal law. That is correct, Delaney & Delaney was paid in full but still wanted to abandon the litigation. If you think that was the worse part of it, keep reading as Kathleen's behavior gets pretty disgusting from this point.

The egregious tactics by Delaney & Delaney

Kathleen Delaney decided to bail on the case at probably the worst time of my life. You see, my son was terminally ill and was battling for his life. This was well known by Kathleen Delaney and Delaney & Delaney Law Indianapolis. Can you imagine what kind of lawyer or person would do something like that to a client. 

Kathleen Delaney actually advised us that we had four days to find new counsel before she was going to withdraw from the case. Four days this woman gives us while our child is dying. This only just a few weeks after we served discovery on the defendant. That I am told also may be malpractice. Now I feel Kathleen Delaney of Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis is a selfish, egregious and disgusting individual.

Facts are facts, we feel screwed by Kathleen Delaney and Delaney & Delaney. Screwed and violated. Lawyers have rules to follow and we think this firm did not follow the rules. If anyone reading this is wondering what the outcome was with our child, he passed away. So we want to thank Kathleen Delaney for stressing us further and taking time away from us while our child was dying. we and many others think her actions were putrid, disgusting and devious.

Kathleen Delaney Indianapolis lawyer Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis was in our opinion, unethical, egregious, unprofessional and disgusting. We think our representation by Kathleen Delaney and the firm Delaney & Delaney was substandard and lame. It seems Kathleen Delaney, a partner at Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis, thinks she can just bail out on a case without citing a reason.

There may be rules in Indiana where a lawyer can try to hide behind bullshit state rules and bail on a case but there are federal laws that suggest otherwise. When you retain a lawyer and they are paid in full, they just can't bail on case. In this situation, Kathleen Delaney threatened to bail out on a case forcing s**+**y results. 

Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis my opinion, I should have called Saul. Kathleen Delaney was the attorney from the firm Delaney & Delaney that I am truly disgusted with and quite frankly, I want to vomit in my mouth when I think about her and the f*cked up actions she took with my case. I feel this way because the law firm Delaney & Delaney, Indianapolis and Kathleen Delaney Indianapolis attorney played this game with us while we were caring for a terminally ill child.

While we were dealing with Cancer with a child, we then were dealing with what we feel was another Cancer. That Cancer was the firm Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis. This is our opinion, the tactic taken at that time was for us, another Cancer Our case became a Cancer.

Kathleen Delaney and Delaney & Delaney screwed us good and hard. I think this firm is pretty disgusting for their actions and tactics. What kind of a lawyer plays games with a case. Trying to abandon a case at the last minute. It was such a nasty, dirty thing to do to a client.  Vomit in my mouth every time I think of Kathllen Delaney and her firm.

Kathleen Delaney Delaney & Delaney Indianapolis my opinion, unacceptable legal practices. Sometimes I wonder and I wonder every day, how a lawyer can act in such a crappy way. Now I realize that this is just the games they play and they just don't how it can screw you every way.
