Ever since PUR was purchased by Kaz, actual customer service
has been replaced by a series of broken promises and general lack of product support.
7 different phone calls to various representaives throughout the montn of December 2012 led to series of promises that were never kept and scolding me that they were doing me a favor.
They used to replace broken faucet filters as courytesy understanding that the real profit is in my continuing to buy the filters,
But now I must prove to them, at my expense that the product is defective. After shipping it to them, I
waited for three different shopments that never came. It did finally arrive, but PUR is not the
