I heard about keen.com years ago and found quite a few people were able to make a great living offering their psychic services. I joined in 2007 and discovered that it was possible to make a decent income which was much better then the psychic networks of 10 years ago. Then something changed.

Suddenly keen who offers its contractors a place to work is competing with itself. Advertising for their main website that features varied priced services is very hard to find on the web. But the group/discount keen is advertised everywhere and now I'm back to the old days of 3 minute calls/hangups or readings that last 15 minutes mostly by the Maury Polvich type audience and get paid .50/min. which is much less then the previous work. Since keen was sold no one has been told a thing but are watching their previously successful business go down the drain.

My question is to any ex employee of keen that would be willing to tell us what is the attitude at keen. Do they prefer the Jerry Springer/Maury Polvich atmosphere to the sophisticated service they use to provide. Do they love the back stabbing practices of intentional serial bashers that love to destroy others, while many readers excuse such negative behavior as retrograde mercury.

Is keen going to disolve the main web service and just be a cheaply paid typical psychic network. Please would someone tell us advisors what is really going on.

not all psychics are phony even on keen

In response to the claim that all psychics on keen are phony and charge $500/hour is just not true. Unfortunately because of the way keen is set up anyone can join so the true psychics as well as the fake ones can join. Like the internet, one can find anything positive and negative. My point is that keen was once a great format that gave people of all kinds of services a place to work and now they have changed their format in such a negative way that yes the business will probably collapse. The trash element of psychic has taken control and the positive side is buried but can be found if you look. Like tv the trash seems to sell more then the wholesome. I just wanted to know if anyone knows about the business of keen and how it thinks and operates. Do they think of ways to rip off clients and advisors alike. In the beginning keen became a huge success and profitable and now they are losing money and seem mismanaged, does anyone out there know why they have ruined their own business.

That's where you fakes belong, floating next to other crap. It's simple really. People get ripped off on Keen, every day, so they come here and they post about their pain. A few bad practice reviews don't hurt a company. Things happen and misunderstandings are possible. But, Keen doesn't have only a few bad reviews, they have tons of bad reviews because their practices are crooked. The day will come when noone without a mental illness, will go to talk to to phony psychics for $500.00 an hour. Mark my words. All of you are eventually going out of business. You better start looking for a new job.
