Martha Greenleaf failed to disclose defective KITEC Plumbing which was recalled by the manufacturer in 2005 and SKY View Homes, through their subcontractor Big M Plumbing, continued using the defective KITEC Plumbing in SKY VIEW /Scott Patrick built homes in Mariposa, Rio Rancho and in Aluquerque Anadalucia De La Luz in 2006 - 2007. The defective KITEC Plumbing fitting (crimped) to Kitec pipes were disintegrating and the pipes bulging and cracking and eventually bursting within 8-10 years after installation (sometimes sooer), cauing major water damages some as much as $90K) and $40K to $50K re-piping bills.
