Ken Ferguson's Furniture Center in Lafayette rip-off liars
My father in law purchased some furniture at The Furniture Center in Lafayette. The sales women they were dealing with there told them that the furniture had warranties it didn't have, and that it could be returned, which it could't.
When he tried to return one piece because he decided he didn't want it a couple of weeks later the owner wouldn't take it back and the lady who told them all of the stuff was no longer working there. My father in law is a rather large man and Ken was intemidated and he told him he was going in the back to get the paper work and instead he called the cops and had him arrested on false terms. Anyway they never took the furniture back, and Ken thinks he got away with it.
