 All you had to do Ken is make it right the first time and not give us the run around and make us go to Tulsa two and a half months later to try to get our unit back and money, which we did not! Also we mailed you a perfect unit, and you mail back a old rusty one. Also we send you $130.00 and you sent back some bullshit letter about hard to deal with us. Come on, you know what happen here, you just blew us off! Out of state out of mind! You have put yourself in this situation. You can drop off the new unit at (((Redacted)))Tulsa, OK between the hour of 9am to 4 pm!

Dear John, Matt, Leroy or what ever your name is. We invited you to contact us to make it right. You have yet to do so. Again please contact us or have your attorney contact us so we can fix your problem. You claim we sent you the wrong unit now. If that's the case we will give you a brand new one in exchange for the one you received. We have over 200 of these older units just laying around that we aren't using. We would have no reason to send you the wrong unit. But if that's the case we will swap you out a new one for the one you have. But you have to contact us to do so. Thanks, Travis Office Manager

It sure sucks when you get the wrong device back and it doesn't work! The truth is you riped us off period, end of story!!!!!! at least 500 hundred bucks you owe us.  A rip off is a rip off Ken!

Since we don't have many complaints for being in Business for 32 years it was easy to figure out who you are. Your the guy from Arkansas that bought a 2 year old used gps unit from who knows where and sent it to us for re- activation. Attemping to deal with you was impossible so we sent your gps unit back to you with a refund check certified thru the U.S. Mail less shipping. You have cashed the check, What else do you want other than maybe a slander suit filed against you. I'll do better than that. I will give you your $650.00 cash if you can prove you bought it from us or have any type of receipt from us with our company name on it. Otherwise you need to contact the person you bought it from or it's going to cost you a lot more in the long run.We also have a local Court House right here in Tulsa if you want to sue us. This is why we refused to do business with you to begin with. Show us the proof and we will give you your $$ and accept full blame.

Ken Sykes Investigations has nothing to do with The Spy Shop ( closed since 2007) If you have a complaint please contact us anytime Monday through Friday to see what your problem is and what we can do to work it out. It would have been nice for you to have contacted us prior to you making slanderous comments about us. We would contact you or have our Attorney contact you if you would of only put your name on this complaint. But you didn't . Please contact us so we can work out your problem or have your Attorney contact us. Looking forward to hearing from you. Sincerely,
