Kerns and Associates Jeannie Kerns 20k Funding Georgia
Jeannie Kerns had all the loyal brokers banging her door down to get a 20k funding that she widley advertised on her website. She often sent out many newsletters saying hurry act now. Todate, not 1 person has recieved any of their money. She since took down her payment page for the 20k funding. However the deal is done. She is balming a hang up here and a hang up there. Classic stalling tactics. I have contacted the IRS to let them know that one of their e file providers is doing shady business like this...

JEANNIE IS NOT A SCAM AT ALL you people who complain are pathetic
She helped me when I had a bad situation and not one time did she not answer me or turn me away when i did not have the full amount of money to pay her. she would even email me to make sure that i was okay that day. i have worked in this type of business for nearly 14 years now and i have never come across anyone that actually cares how someone is and does not care about the money that is spent and her prices prove that. her site is filled with information that most people in the business sell or just refuse to tell people. she is a gem in this business and all you people who do complain are just envious of how she does run it.
I have a circle of people that work with her and I am going to have every single one of them counteract each of these untrue reports. if you read most of them they are all so petty and selfish posts. She did not have time for me she was taking care of her sick children, she did not do this for me immediately, selfish people who think they are her only customer and deserve to be in the front of the line.
Jeannie you are a compassionate, wonderful gem. never change because of ignorance in people.
Appreciate ALL THAT YOU DO FOR ALL OF US WHO DO APPRECIATE YOU !

Jeannie Kerns is a con-artist. Up until the 23rd of Dec she was still sending out these bogus newsletters still claiming that everyone will receive their funding by Christmas and that consumers can now contact the invisible loan officer for their money..... A complete joke. I hope she rots in jail.
