I contacted the County Court in Osceola County and filed a small claim against the Hotel. We are suppose to have a telephonic hearing August 16th being that I live in Manhattan, New York. You have to file it against the registered agent and his contact info is Kingstonian Hotel, C/O Gary Cadeno, R/A 6065 NW 167th Street B3, Miami Fl. 32015. My contact person in the court is Esther and her number is 407-343-3484. The address is Summary Office of the Clerk's Office, 2 Courthouse Square, Kissimee, Florida 34741. You can call her and ask her how to file. Use my case # as reference CC04-SP-0224. They never appeared in court when they were suppose to so I continued to file until they got a lawyer to represent them. His name is Andres Montejo and his number is 305-817-3677. He called me at work one day to intimidate me to settle for less but I was not having it, then he said he would pay me in increments but when I asked for a letter to cover myself regarding that agreement, he never send it like he said he would. He also told me that they either sold the hotel or is about to sell it. You should definitely fight them. If you need any more info please feel free to contact me. My email address is [email protected]

I purchased 2 weeks of the vacation package that had been advertised in the New York Daily News. The add stated that there is a seven night stay at the lovely Kingstonian Hotel & Resorts for $279 per week that is good for three years. I finaly would like to use sed vacation. Only to find out that the contact numbers are either out of order, or the 800 number provided has been reassigned to a pharmasutical company. I am very disappointed and now must find other arrangements for my family's vacation plans. My family is very disappointed that we might not be able to go to Florida and it is disapointing that there is no way to contact these people for reimbursement.

I can try to help you but need some info. What is the name of the company you were dealing with. I will need as much info as possible. Sounds like Michael is what we call a receptive operator. Somebody who works with a number of hotels selling rooms for them. While he gets his money up front, the hotel does not bill him until after you have left. I have been in Orlando for a number of yeard and have not heard of this hotel so whatever info you can supply will help me help you. Post your info below.
