Kirby Vacum Cleaners American Direct Credit ripoff Titusville Florida
Purchased Vacum after being scammed into it. First one sales pperson came into my home showed me the vacum when he was told I was not interested in purchasing the product his "boss" showed up at my door looking for his rep. He then hounded me into purchasing the vacum, this was the only way I could get them to leave my home.
I called the company (got an answering machine) the next day to get them to cancel my contract and pick up their vacum. I never received a call back and no one came to pick up the machine. I called several more times and always got their answering machine and no call backs.
When the first bill came I told them of my problem and they said I had a contract and owed the money. To say the least I didn't pay. Now it is on my credit report and I am trying to get it removed but can't find the company that financed it American Direct Credit or the dealer who sold it to me. All calls have come to a dead end either no one has heard of the finance company or I am told they went out of business. Meanwhile I have a bill for over $2000 on my credit report that I can't get off. Please HELP if you can!

All you have to do is stand your groung if you don't want to buy it. I have had a Kirby for almost 10 years, it just burned up. The only problem I have is the phone number on the back is not in use anymore. My word call the cops if you have to, stop your bitching about this product. this is the best vacum my wife ever had. All I want is a good deal. Last year a young man came to our house to sell us a kirby, but we already had one. He was pushy but offered us a great deal. we had one, so we told him no, he left. Buy saying no, standing my ground, he came down in price. That is all you had to do.
