Kramer and Kaslow. Philip A. Kramer of Calabasas, Calif.,as the company's agent. they stated in court that the fees were for hourly payment, but this is a lie because the payment of $5,000.oo was the first thing asked for before one could even join in on the so called "MASS LITIGATION ALLIANCE",the case evaluator who took the check was MEGAN TERBAY 1900 Quail St.,suite #137. Newport Beach, California
My job was outsourced 4 years ago due to the economy, I was worried about my house payments so I entered into a mass litigation alliance with kramer and kaslow, I joined thinking that this ment the lawyers get paid only if the case is won against countrywide mortgage but ms.megan turbay,kramer and kaslow's case evaluator said i had to pay $5000.oo first, so i did which was part of my 401 k. money received when my job was outsourced. my daughter later told me this mortgage company was taken to court by the california attorney general's office and only got a slap on the wrist and was able to keep everyone's $5000.oo, pay a small fine and probably turn around and open under another business name, how can the california attorney general allow this this is not justice. i am sick of these fat cat lawyers that get fatter off the misery of their poorer fellow beings, and hope that what goes around come around to roost down on their fat heads,how can they sleep at night. maria,s.d.,calif.

Attorney Kaslow has been an active attorney since 1988 and at the time along with Attorney Philip Kramer since 1984. I had worked for the firm Kramer & Kaslow in 2010, and he had a clean record for over 26 years. When I first joined to work for this firm, I had no reason to think that it would turn out the way that it had. Both of the Attorneys had clean records and a good reputation for numerous years, and I believed in them and the lawsuit and what they stood for at the time. I was under the impression that what was involved with this firm worked and was positive. I was fed lies, and now my personal name is attached to their wrong doings that I had nothing to do with. I can actually pull up the lawsuits on a superior court website, and that is what made me to really believe in this lawsuit. No checks were EVER paid to me or my name. I have long left the company, even before all of this had happened, but again at the time, I had no reason to think the company would feed us lies and be involved in these wrong doings. I'm here to write and explain that although my name is in this complaint and I did work for the firm, I was not a part of their fradulant activity nor do I have charges pressed against me for my job at the time with the firm. I do feel badly for what has happened to innocent people involved, and in retrospect, I would not want to be involved in anything similar to this again and had I known, I wouldn't have been a part of an organization like this.
