La Union Furniture Store Sold rebuilt mattresses constructed with used stuffing with out labeled according to the Federal Law Rockville Maryland
I bought a living room set and a Queen size mattress set and 2 sets of full size mattress sets with metel frams from La Union Furniture store. I bought these mattresses since they said those are new mattresses and I felt they were good prices. Later I came to know that all these mattresses were rebuilt mattresses. If these mattresses constructed with used stuffing were labeled according to the Federal Law I could have never bought them. They did not give any invoices. we have no way the prove the sale. We were never told about their store policies nor we received any kind of a paper work indicating these details. There are resonerable reasons to think that they even do not pay back the sales tax or any taxes. I have realized that I have done a mistake by purchasing furniture from a very unreliable company.
There are teenages working in the age around 15 in this store. There are huge posters on the front windowers and furniture displayed out side the store. I'm surprised to see the way they do business in Montgomery county, Maryland.
