After sending pictures of the fabric directly to the company via EMail and then calling to follow up, I have received a favorable response from La-Z-Boy. On 6/2/11 I was called back and the company decided to give me credit for both my chairs at the furniture store they were bought. All I need to do is go in and pick out new chairs at no cost. Finally, a company that does value their cutomers.
