Upon signing for the lease of the equipment I was informed if there was any problem I would be able to cancel the lease, after 6 months of having to reboot the elo/talech system, the cash drawer failing to open, the printer failing to print, the screen freezing, the system losing contact with the pin pad, the inability to save e-mails, I elected to go with a different system and company, after filing my complaint and wishing to return the unit, I was informed I would have to finish out the lease at a total of over 1800. I inquired about purchasing the unit at a fair market value and was told it was not owned by Ladco, I would have to talk o US Bank, where the system was obtained. I was then told by US Bank I would have to talk to Ladco regarding the purchase. So I called Ladco again and was told this time I could purchase it for 1900 and some odd dollars. Suggested they offered it at a fair market value and they refused. Do not do business with Ladco and if you do , be sure you are aware of all the facts, ie: non-cancelable lease regardless of what your US Bank sales person tells you. Scam Business.
