LAKESIDE COLLECTION Delivers nothing but broken defective merchandise Ripoff NORTHBROOK Illinois
Back in September, I ordered several items from the Lakeside Collection. The first item I received was defective. I was on hold for over 20 minutes (no toll free number)and was told I would receive a return label. It never arrived. The next shipment arrived. It was three sets of glass coasters. There was no packaging material in the box, so they were all shattered and broken. Again, over thirty minutes on the phone.
Finally, over a month after placing my order, I received my final shipment (granted, all of these items were ordered at the same time).. Guess what... More CRAP. This item was also defective. It was a jack in the box I purchased for my neice's birthday (which happens to be next week) and it is broken just like everything else I ordered. I have ordered many, many items from on line stores, but have never received such garbage and had to spend soooo much time on the phone on my dime.
I will NEVER order anything from this company again and I advise you not to either. It's just a waste of time and money.
