- I have received many offers to refinance my FHA loan with a huge MIP payment and I have not known who to trust. My loan is currently being serviced by Cenlar - so when I got a letter from Cenlar to refinance I decided to call And ask some questions.
- The letter also had the name of Lakeview Loan Servicing. When I reached someone on the phone - the agent had a very poor demeanor and told me things about loan companies that I know are not true. I am a real estate agent and very familiar with home loans. He claimed that his company was the second largest mortgage company in the country. He was very inept and took forever to come up with any info. I hung up and recalled the number hoping to get a more capable person.
- The next person said "yes I can help you babe". I was shocked at the unprofessionalism and immediately hung up.
- After reading what I have read on line about this company - I am hoping to get away from this loan company as soon as possible.
