On February 12th, 2008 I had a hearing by telephone but I lost. The Judge signed a final Summary Judgment. I plan to appeal.

I own a 40-acre parcel of subdivided land in northern Arizona. A few years my neighbors and I were solicited by NRLL to sell our properties to them at about five percent of their market values. My research on NRLL indicates that they routinely seek out undeveloped rural parcels, apparently in the belief that the owners have lost interest, fallen on hard times, or died. NRLL is not the only company that does this but they do seem to be the largest and best organized. Their modus operandi is to offer a pittance to the seller and then find a sucker who, as in this instance, pays far more than the property is worth. NRLL is also behind those slick infommercials on cable-TV where Eric Estrada touts property in Arkansas. Having seen similar operations here in Arizona, my advice to anyone is never purchase property you have not seen.
