Please be warned! This company is not legit. They say they are part of Chase bank and highly credited. When you first sign up to be a merchant you are dealing with the "New Accounts" department. A girl named Dani worked out a contract with me that said they would take out no monthly fees, and 2.09 % on each credit card transaction. I have the actual contract in my hand. You have to set up a bank account in which they are able to put funds.

However! before you even do a transaction, this company started draining my bank account. almost every other day some kind of fee ranging from $7.30 to $350.00 would be taken out. I was never again allowed to speak to new accounts. Infact the girl Dani who lured me in had apparently been transferred out of her department and they were'nt allowed to tell me which dept she had been moved to. They say they can't find your contract, they don't return phone calls, they are rude, they say they don't receive faxes that you send to them trying to show proof of you contract.

They say they are going to speak to their boss but a so called "boss" never seems to exist.

It's is like a three ring circus nightmare.

I only tried one transaction through them and it took them almost a month to put the money into my bank account.

When I tried to close my account with them because I couldn't get them to abide by our contract, they refused to close my account. They would hang up on me, disconnect and constantly pass you to voice mails in which your call would never get returned.

I was told that a guy named Dan Cable was the big honcho there and that he was the one to get a hold of. after several desperate messages to him to close my account or contact me. He never ever called me back.

I had to shut down my bank account with the help of the fraud Department and the police department.

I'am leaving out so many details.

This took up almost 6 months of my life. And I don't even know if its all over yet. They have my physical address and that scares me as well.

The only reason I went with these guys is because they told me they were chase bank.

I don't know how Chase can allow this to go on.

It was extremely distressing for me to hear about all the mishaps and lack of response from our company. We at Leaders Merchant Services do not support this type of behavior and fully realize our merchants deserve to be treated in a prompt and professional manner. Ms. Janelle, I have personally verified that your account is closed with no further pending charges. Additionally, the Early Termination Fee of $350.00 that was charged on June 14, 2007, will be refunded to your account. These funds should appear in your account by the end of the week. Again, Ms. Janelle, Leaders Merchant Services sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused you. Why should a merchant who can't get their account to work have to pay a closing fee.?????? 2 Why should a merchant have to spend 6 months back and forth with Leaders trying to get unathorized fees reembersed? 3.Why doesn't anyone at leaders call the Merchant back? 4.Why doesn't leaders contact Dani Reed in New accounts who made my contract with me? 5.Why doesn't Dani Reed in New accounts call the merchant back? 6. Why didn't Dan Gable in the so called "Closing Dept" ever call me back after I left 4 messages telling him I couldn't get my account to work and to close my account.? 7. Leaders admits that I am not athorized to make large transactions. My Pool and home water systems start at $5,000 a system. Dani Reed said I was Athorized.. so why is Leaders even bothering me with "Closing fees?" weird stuff here. 8. Marvin Davis with Leaders was able to find my contract, and because he saw my contract he was able to reemberse me the dormancy fees. I asked him to fax me over a copy of my contract which he had and it was the same contract I had. Why has anyone else not been able to find my same contract??? Yes I got paid back because everytime I called Leaders, Dani Reed would inform Customer service about my contract and I would get my money back.. So why can't the person who responds to this report find the same contract???? that's really weird. 9. On Jan 18 I faxed over to Dani Reed reciepts of my sales starting at $5,000. She told me I needed to do this to get approved. after a month or so. she told me I had been approved. so why hasn't anyone contacted Dani Reed to question her on why she told me I was athorized and had a working account. This is not my problem this is an in office problem and I shouldn't have to pay fees for Leaders not being organized.???? 10 on trying to run my FIRST transaction Chris from Leaders fraud dept told me they had to hold my money because I was not athorized to make big sales. she told me that Leaders would have to take out a wopping %5 as well, instead of the %2 they told me they would take out initially. why does't Leaders Rebuttle mention anything about contacting Chris in the fraud dept. The things they leave out are unbelievable. CLEARLY, I HAVE TRIED FAIRLY TO DO BUSINESS WITH LEADERS AND CAN NOT GET A WORKING ACCOUNT WITH THEM. what do they expect???? I'll tell you what they expect. they want me to PAY THEM MONEY. that's all they are concerned about.. no apologies from them.. just give us more money for leaving us. Because they don't call me back, or aknowlage my existance until I write an online complaint report they leave myself and many many others with the impression of them being scam artists. This Complaint is Riddled with Untruths from the Merchant

This merchant is making claims against Leaders Merchant Services that are not true. This merchant signed a merchant application that showed ZERO monthly fees, as the sales rep promised. She also signed a Pre-Application that stated that she would be charged a $7.30 Dormancy Fee for the months that she did not process ANYTHING at all, to help defray LEADERS' costs of keeping the account on file. This was not a monthly fee, but rather a non-processing fee in the event that such a month occurred. To LEADERS' credit, when the merchant complained about the one fee of $7.30, it was refunded to her. The merchant was also charged a $99 Annual Fee that was clearly disclosed on the Merchant Application that she signed. When she complained about this, this too was refunded in good faith that the merchant would continue processing with LEADERS. Instead, the merchant cancelled her account within the next two days. She was charged a $350 Early Termination Fee that is clearly defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Agreement. When the merchant reopened her account a few days later, this $350 ETF was refunded. She ran a transaction over $5000 on June 14th, but did not batch out this transaction until June 21st. Since the amount was over her average ticket of $2000, the funds were held and she was asked to provide proof that the transaction was legitimate. After the proof was provided on June 21st, the funds were released on June 28th. Please note that this is ONE WEEK after the transaction was batched out. Until the merchant batches, LEADERS is not even aware of the transaction. Please note that LEADERS has never claimed to be part of Chase Bank. LEADERS was an Independent Sales Office (ISO)/Merchant Service Provider (MSP) of JPMorgan Chase Bank. That means LEADERS had a relationship with JPMorgan Chase in which the bank would fund the merchants' transactions into their bank accounts within 48 hours. It is JPMorgan Chase restrictions that forces LEADERS to hold funds that are over the limits until they are verified. This is how any MSP handles situations like these, to avoid loss from fraud. The merchant has sent in a closure request to LEADERS. Her account is scheduled to be closed, but once again, there will be a $350 ETF associated with this. LEADERS has done nothing wrong by the merchant; everything has occurred according to the contract that she signed.
