Leallure skin care The company offered a free trial for 14 days for a small shipping fee, which I paid. Buried in the very fine print was the information that if not canceled within the 14 day period my credit card would be charged automatically the full amount of the product - in this case $98.41. The company charged my credit card in only 12 days. Internet
The company offered a free trial for 14 days for a small shipping fee, which I paid. Buried in the very fine print was the information that if not canceled within the 14 day period my credit card would be charged automatically the full amount of the product - in this case $98.41. The company charged my credit card in only 12 days. The company claimed this was a skin care product developed by Joanna Gaines of HGTV which I now find is false. Regardless, I want my money back for the scam of burying the cancellation policy AND charging my credit card prematurely. I complained to the company and was told they received my cancellation after the trial period had expired (not true) and was therefore not eligible for a refund.
