 On Sept 26, I sent them four copies of some documents I had signed and had notarized for filing with the State of NJ related to a new corporation.  On Oct. 6, I received an email that they were still waiting for the documents.  I checked the UPS tracking and found that the documents had been delivered and signed for at their offices on 10/2.  I called their customer care and was told that they would look into it (after I gave them the tracking #).

Today, Oct. 10, I received an email again that the processing was on hold due to an issue and called their customer care again.  This time they maitained that they had received an empty envelope without the documents. 

I have a witness who saw me put the documents in an envelope and deliver the envelope to the UPS store where it was labeled and shipped and I received a receipt.  I called UPS and they checked the complete tracking record to verify that the envelope had not been damaged (something they note) nor mis-handled in any way on its way to delivery at their offices.

CONCLUSION:   They lost the documents and then lied about it like it was my fault!

If this happened to you, would you trust them again to handle sensitive documents and properly file them on your behalf to a govenment agency?  I certainly won't . . . and I advise you don't either.

Also, if you do decide to do business with them, note that they're not satisfied with the amount of money they charge to file corporate documents but they also sell all your information to many others who will then hound you by phone and email spam - my phone hasn't stopped ringing since I signed up with them!
