Filed an LLC with Legalzoom and they began to bill me and from what I read on the internet their are thousands of customers with unauthorized chages of $7.99 for legal advice that is without their consent! This is a very dishonest and nefarious business practice. They charged me $7.99 for 23 months for a fee that I cancelled after the first month with their agent I beleive his name was Mike. I trusted them and didn't bother following up. I recently noticed that I was still continuously being charged. I called again and Legalzoom agent said they had no record of me canceling the order. Wow, what a big surprise. Their agent never canceeled it. I trusted them and have recommened them to other people in the past. This is unfair, dishonest, and nefarious business practice to charge for a service which I did not want, need, or use. They only offer 1 refund, when i called and talked to the supervisor they only offered 3 months. This is unacceptable for a product that is not real, was never asked for, needed or used by me. They have several class action suits against them with thousands of complaints about thier business practices.

The plan that you are/were enrolled into is a legal plan that entitles you to receive unlimited attorney consultations on any new legal matter along with additional benefits. If it's something that you specified you didn't want to participate in or you did not see details of the plan in the questionnaire when you originally placed an order with us, then you should not have been enrolled.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and would like an opportunity to make things right.
