 "Do not buy from this vendor. When I attempted to return the item new in the box, he replied to my email 3x to tell me he didn't receive my email? I was charged a restocking fee and was charged shipping, not to return the item (which one would expect), but for the originsl purchase. Emails from seller were rude and patronizing. Life is too short & you work too hard for your $ to put up with this."

What a ripoff company,

Less Is Always More LLC.

I bought a Garmin GPS from them, and UPS made a mistak in their delivery, and returned it to the seller without delivering to me. UPS kept sending an email to me that they kept change the date of the delivery for some reason. When they didn't deliver in one week, I went to their office only to find out that they reutrned the item. 

When I contact the seller, Less Is Always More LLC, they told me that they will deduct a shipping and restocking charges before they credit my account. I forwarded the email that I got from UPS showing that they kept changing the date and they never tried to deliver it. They still deducted about $60 from my account before they returned my money. They told me to collect the shipping charges from UPS, and they were nasty about it in the email. This kind of sellers should be out of businss. Please inform everyone not to buy from this thief.

This is completely wrong. First off return policy is very clear in the returns section. What you forgot to mention is that I was HELPING you. I said I would cut the fees in half so help you out but you still continued to curse me off and lie and then go on here and do the same. I am sorry this is not the way we run our business. We treat our customers with the upmost respect and great customer service. You ordered the wrong item, it happens and then I was kind enough to tell you I will help you but that was not good enough for you. I guess sometimes you can never satisfy a customer. Sorry you are not happy but when someone is helping you, you should give them the respect back and be kind.
